Mumma & Baby Post-Natal Yoga
Post-natal yoga is a wonderful way to bond with your baby in a relaxed environment, regain your strength and make friends. These classes are specially designed to allow you to safely exercise with your baby by your side. If you have some child care, you are also welcome to come along and enjoy some well-deserved you time, child-free.
These classes can help you to come back into your body, as well as starting to stretch out areas that may have become tight during pregnancy or when feeding, as we focus on stretches that will strengthen and lengthen muscles as well as re-engaging your core. With plenty of time to breathe, relax and restore.
Suitable for women after there 6 week postnatal check up (8 weeks following c-section), until your baby is on the move.
No previous yoga experience necessary.
As with any exercise after birth, it is recommended that you get the all clear from your doctor before you start classes.
