Workplace Yoga

Bringing yoga to the workplace is an excellent way of improving the long term mental and physical health of  employees as well as creating a more positive and effective working environment

Why offer Yoga in the workplace?

Yoga in the workplace is proven to help improve employee health and well-being as well as boosting productivity and energy levels, managing and lowering stress levels and relieving joint and muscular aches and pains. 

Whether you want to energise and focus your employees or provide an opportunity for them to relax and unwind, packages can be tailored around the needs of your organisation and the people within it. 


These can be tailored to meet the needs of your organisation and include any or all of the following:

Yoga - a physical practise that differs from other forms of exercise due to the focus on mind-body connection. Movements are linked by the breath to create a flowing meditative state. Classes are structured to suit various levels of ability and different body types. 

Meditation - the practice of focusing the mind on a single point. You will learn techniques to quiet the mind and enhance concentration, memory and the ability to stay present. 

Pranayama - breathing exercises which are used to either energise or relax, heat or cool the body and mind and bring about a more balanced state of being.

How does it work?

Yoga, meditation and pranayama sessions can be anywhere from 30-90 minutes long and held before, during or after the working day. These can either be a one-off session or a course of regular classes which will have a more lasting impact on well-being. 

All the necessary equipment for your sessions will be provided and set up in advance. All that is required from you is a space large enough for yoga mats to be laid out. If space is an issue, chair-based sessions can be held instead.
