An immersive Mandala Yoga experience As the sun goes down, we’re turning down the lights and turning up the glow…

Join me for a special 2-hour Glow Yoga experience combining breath, movement, music and light.

We’ll begin slowly with breathwork and Yin Yoga, giving you time to arrive, settle into your body and soak up the atmosphere. From there, we’ll build into an energising Mandala Yoga flow, moving 360° around the mat to atmospheric tribal-inspired beats, surrounded by UV light, neon body paint and glow sticks.

As the energy begins to soften, we’ll come back down to the mat for more Yin Yoga, before finishing with a long, deeply restful guided relaxation.

Herbal tea will be waiting for you on arrival, with time to add a little UV paint and get ready to glow. 🤍
