Nourish & Flow is an intimate yoga retreat centered on mindful movement, nourishing food, and meaningful connection. We slow down, practice with intention, eat well, and share space in a warm, family-like way. Each day offers grounding yoga, wholesome meals, and time to rest, reflect, and simply be — welcoming you just as you are.

A small, intimate countryside yoga retreat created to help you slow down, rest deeply, and reconnect with yourself. Led by Emily and set in the heart of Shropshire, this weekend retreat takes place at Black Lion Barn in Church Pulverbatch — a peaceful, rural space that offers the perfect environment for nourishment, rejuvenation, and relaxation.

 

Immerse yourself in all things yoga in a beautiful, light-filled yoga shala. The weekend includes energising Vinyasa flow, where breath and movement are linked to build warmth in the body, Mandala practice, moving mindfully 360° around the mat, and calming Yin and Restorative sessions designed to deeply relax and restore.

All classes are suitable for every level, including beginners, and the small, intimate group setting ensures plenty of personal guidance and support from the teacher.

 

Alongside yoga, the retreat includes guided meditation, deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra, and a soothing sound bath led by a sound therapist — creating space for true mental and physical rest.

 

Food is a central part of the experience. You’ll be nourished with delicious, wholesome, freshly prepared vegan meals, free from dairy, meat, processed foods, and refined sugars. Expect vibrant, feel-good cooking — including Emily’s much-loved smoothie bowls and vegan desserts — designed to leave you feeling satisfied, energised, and well cared for.

 

Nourish & Flow is an opportunity to step away from the busyness of everyday life and enjoy yoga, nourishing food, and meaningful connection in a relaxed, family-style atmosphere. A gentle yet powerful reset for both body and mind.

Thank you Emily I had the most amazing time. My first yoga retreat and definitely not my last. It far exceeded my expectations in so many positive ways. Within minutes of meeting you and everyone else I felt so relaxed.


The yoga and meditation classes were so calming and focused my mind. I’m not a vegan but the food was so delicious and colourful. I will definitely add some of the meals to my families diet. Your family were all so lovely and they really added to the friendly relaxing vibe of the weekend. 

I wish I could come to your yoga classes but it’s too far to drive for me!  You have an amazing talent and flair and I will look forward to hopefully seeing you again at your next retreat.
