Busy week? Take some time to yourself as you nourish both your mind and body with this relaxing 75mins of Restorative Yin Yoga.
Restorative YIn yoga is all about slowing down, using props to support and allow the body to relax. Generally holding passive poses from 3mins - 20minutes allowing the body to enter a deep state of relaxation, where you begin to let go of deep holding patterns, finding a state of balance that will allow the body to heal. This practice is suitable for all levels and ideal for beginners. PROPS: You'll need a mat, 2 yoga blocks (or couple of thick books), a bolster (or 2 pillows) a couple of cushions and a blanket. Find a quite space, set your mat up, grab your props and allow yourself to surrender into the practice, melting the tension away.
