About the event
Emily will be running a countryside day wellness retreat in the village of Ryton, just outside of Shrewsbury. Surrounded by stunning countryside & breathtaking views from the hall. Providing the perfect environment for rest, nourishment, rejuvenation & relaxation.
Immerse yourself in all things yoga, including Vinyasa classes where we link breath to movement, creating heat in the body, Yin Yoga aimed to relax and restore your body & Mandala Flow Yoga, a practice that moves us around the mat & incorpates both Yin Yoga & Vinyasa.
Suitable for all yoga abilities, including beginners. A small, intimate group, to ensure plenty of personal guidance from the teacher.
Enjoy the powerfully relaxing meditation practice of Yoga Nidra, and sound healing in the form of a Gong Bath led by a sound therapist.
Allow the food to nourish you - enjoy a delicious, healthy, wholesome, freshly prepared vegan lunch. And of course vegan sweet treat and tea!
