Gentle yoga, play & time to connect in the Enchanted Garden at Heartleys by Katie.
Has your baby started crawling and exploring? You can still enjoy yoga together!
This relaxed class is designed for mums with babies who are crawling, cruising or taking their first steps. Enjoy gentle yoga while your little one explores and plays close by in the beautiful indoor Enchanted Garden playroom.
We’ll move, stretch and build strength, with options to suit your energy and experience. There’s no expectation for babies to sit still — and you’re welcome to pause for feeds, cuddles or whatever your baby needs.
