Cancellation Policy

Drop-In Postnatal Yoga – Terms & Conditions By booking, you agree to the following: Booking and cancellations Full payment is required to secure your place. Bookings are non-refundable. With at least 24 hours’ notice, your booking may be transferred to another suitable class, subject to availability. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed classes cannot be transferred or refunded. If ilybeayoga cancels the class, you will receive a transfer, credit or refund. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Health and wellbeing By attending, you confirm that you feel ready for gentle postnatal yoga. If you have had a caesarean, complicated delivery or have pain, increased bleeding, pelvic-floor symptoms or other concerns, please seek advice from a healthcare professional before attending. Tell the teacher about any relevant injuries, conditions or changes to your health. Practise within your abilities and stop if you experience pain, dizziness or discomfort. Yoga teaching is not a substitute for medical advice. Your baby You are responsible for your baby’s care, safety and supervision throughout the class. Movements involving your baby are optional. Always support your baby securely and never force a movement. You may pause at any time to feed, change or comfort your baby. Illness Please do not attend if you or your baby has a contagious illness or is too unwell to participate. The cancellation policy above still applies. Arrival and belongings Please aim to arrive 5–10 minutes early, although delays with babies are understood. Keep belongings and hot drinks safely away from babies. ilybeayoga is not responsible for loss or damage unless caused by negligence. Photography Photos or videos will only be taken with prior permission. You and your baby may opt out. Changes and liability Reasonable changes to the time, venue or teacher may occasionally be necessary. As much notice as possible will be given. Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or your statutory consumer rights.
