Thank you Emily I had the most amazing time. My first yoga retreat and definitely not my last. It far exceeded my expectations in so many positive ways. Within minutes of meeting you and everyone else I felt so relaxed.
The yoga and meditation classes were so calming and focused my mind. I’m not a vegan but the food was so delicious and colourful. I will definitely add some of the meals to my families diet. Your family were all so lovely and they really added to the friendly relaxing vibe of the weekend.
I wish I could come to your yoga classes but it’s too far to drive for me! You have an amazing talent and flair and I will look forward to hopefully seeing you again at your next retreat.

Emily will be running a countryside weekend wellness retreat in Mid-Wales. The beautiful Hill Cottage is set within the tranquil surroundings of the Shropshire hills and beautiful Welsh countryside in Knighton, providing the perfect environment for rest, nourishment, rejuvenation & relaxation.
Immerse yourself in all things yoga, including morning Vinyasa classes where we link breath to movement, creating heat in the body, to evening Yin/ Restorative practices aimed to relax and restore your body. Suitable for all yoga abilities, including beginners. A small, intimate group (max 15), to ensure plenty of personal guidance from the teacher.
Early morning guided meditation sessions, together with the powerfully relaxing practice of Yoga Nidra and a Sound Bath led by a sound therapist.
With plenty of free time to indulge in a book, immerse yourself in the nature that surrounds - maybe take a dip in the onsite natural swimming pool- or take some time to journal or meditate.
Allow the food to nourish you - step away from dairy, meat, processed foods, refine sugars as you enjoy delicious, healthy, wholesome, freshly prepared vegan meals. And of course my infamous smoothie bowls & vegan desserts!!
