Meet ilybeayoga

Emily is a Yoga Alliance 500hr Vinyasa Yoga, with additional trainings in Chakra Mandala Yoga, Yin Yoga &  Pre & Post-Natal, Shropshire based Yoga Teacher. She offers classes, retreats, workplace yoga and private session in and around Shropshire. 

 

Emily's teaching style is relaxed and light- hearted, with no pressure or competition within her classes, just the desire to learn from within. She seeks to help others thrive in life by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga. Hoping to leave you stepping off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced, both mentally and physically.

Five stars. I’ve been attending Emily’s classes across Shropshire since June 2018. She is so passionate about her vocation and such a patient teacher. I am generally sporty but a total beginner to yoga and have learned so much in a short time.
